Safety and Security

Background Checks and CPR Training

All volunteers, teachers and leaders are required to pass a background check prior to serving in our Children's Ministry.  In addition, we offer CPR Training to volunteers and always have a CPR trained volunteer at each service offered.

Safe Check-In

All children are required to be checked in prior to attending services.  Upon check in, parents or guardians will receive a security tag with a unique number.  This number will match the child's name tag.  At check in, a volunteer will ask for your security tag to be certain that children return to their family.

For the Children

Sunday School

At 9am, we offer classes for children Kinder through 6th grade.  We make our way through the Bible using The Gospel Project.  Children are engaged in a hands on environment where they read scripture together, create and play along with the lesson, and are encouraged to think deeply about each lesson.  Adult Snday School classes are offered during this hour as well.

At 6pm, we provide children with a meal prior to starting our evening.  Kids also experience worship, scripture memorization, a Bible lesson and gym time that teaches the lesson in a more active environment.  Wednesdays are busy and active!  Adult classes are offered during this hour as well.
